Hjorths Fabrik on Bornholm offers a three-month ceramics residency in a stoneware factory
The historic Danish factory, producing stoneware since 1859, takes two professional artists a year for three months. Residents work alongside the museum's ongoing production and get housing, a workspace and materials within reasonable limits, in return for a talk or event for the community.
Why it matters: Check whether a spring or autumn three-month stay fits your studio calendar, and prepare a project that can sit next to industrial stoneware production.
